How to Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your PropLead Manager account and all associated data at any time. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
Important: Deleting your account will permanently remove your profile, leads, properties, notes, follow-ups, and subscription data. This action cannot be reversed.
Steps to Delete Your Account
- In-app option (recommended): Open the PropLead Manager app, go to Profile → Privacy & Security → Delete Account, and follow the confirmation steps.
- Via email: If you cannot use the in-app option, send an account deletion request to support@altrigatechnologies.in from the email address associated with your account.
What Happens After You Request Deletion
- We will process your request within a reasonable period (usually within 30 days).
- Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted from our active systems.
- Any active subscription will be cancelled, and you will not be charged further.
Data Retention After Deletion
We may retain limited information where required by applicable law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention and audit requirements. This data will be kept only as long as required and will not be used for marketing or operational purposes.
