Introduction

Altrigatechnologies ("we", "us", or "our") operates the PropLead Manager mobile application (the "App"), a property and lead management tool for real estate brokers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the App.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

Information We Collect

• Account Information: When you create an account, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, business name, and city.
• Business Data: The leads, properties, notes, follow-ups, and other data you create and manage within the App.
• Device Information: We may collect device identifiers and push-notification tokens to deliver app notifications.
• Payment Information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled securely by our payment provider (Razorpay). We do not store your full card details.

How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and provide the App's features.
• To store and sync your leads, properties, and business data.
• To send notifications, reminders, and service-related messages.
• To process subscriptions and payments.
• To improve the App, provide support, and ensure security.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with service providers who help us operate the App (such as hosting and payment processing), and only to the extent necessary to provide these services. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secured servers. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App's services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you delete your account, your data is removed from our active systems as described in our Delete Account procedure.
